Humming Bird General Knowledge Olympiad aims to assess the competency and efficiency of the students in the area of General Knowledge (Based on subjects like History, Geography, General Science, Current affiars and sports) at national and international standards every year.
Humming Bird General Knowledge Olympiad (HGO) is designed for students of class I to XII across CBSE/ICSE/State Board or any other recognized Board in India.
Students have to follow their relevant class syllabus to prepare for the exam. Questions are asked related to the field of general knowledge and current affairs.
HGO consists of multiple-choice questions in which the students have to choose the correct option out of four choices. There is no negative marking for the wrong answer or for leaving a question unanswered.
There are 40 subject-based questions and 20 intelligence-based questions designed to test the student's higher-order thinking skills with a total exam time of 60 minutes.
