India has seen a spectacular success in IT and computers which is acknowledged around the world. But computer education in our country is highly fragmented and is without any common goal or platform. Realising the huge importance of streamlined and competitive education in computers & IT and with a view to fortifying India's success, Unified Council has forayed into Unified Cyber Olympiad (UCO).
It motivates children to strengthen their knowledge of using mental ability, logical reasoning & computer knowledge. Proficiency in these areas will help them in overcoming problems related to software, management crises, lack of judgement and decision-making.
Conducted at two levels, this exam will help children be proficient in software solutions, management crises, lack of judgement and decision making. The aim is to expose students to the latest technology and study in computers.
The Exam is conducted mostly around in the month of October. Last Date of receiving application is usually in the month of August. There is an Exam fee of Rs. 150. Students desirous of referring to Model Question Papers should add Rs. 40 for a set Model/Previous Question Papers.
Student of classes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 from CBSE/ICSE/State Board are eligible to participate in UCO Olympiad Exams.
